About Us

We are a God loving, homeschooling, homebirthing, breastfeeding, cloth diapering, babywearing, natural foods eating, ECU football loving family from Eastern NC, who picked up and moved to Wanganui, New Zealand for my husband to take a one year contract at the hospital here. There’s me – Vallere (the mom), The Doc (the dad), and our kids – Ian, Zollie, and Ceirdwyn. We also have a little snowflake daughter, Anna, we are waiting to meet in Heaven. Ian is our eldest and he loves learning about animals and is my big helper. Zollie is our wild man, and is Growth Hormone Deficient with a Chiari 1 malformation – not that that slows him down! Ceirdwyn is our homebirthed girl, and added some pink to our lives!
